Overview
“Lucky Dining Table” is based on simplified lines and color transitions. The vivid monochromatic treatment illustrates the character’s emotional changes throughout the story. At the beginning, depression is severe and the world appears hopelessly monochrome. Later, the palette becomes brighter and more colorful, indicating the arrival of a brand-new phase of life. Although the world itself does not change, different perspectives reveal completely different worlds.
